About Me
My professional background is diverse. I enjoy gaining new knowledge and experiences. For the last two years, I have worked with some of the most influential people to me, and have learned more in my current role than I ever have. I've grown an exponential amount personally and professionally; and am excited for my next challenge.

Work Experience
July 2016 - Today
I am currently the assistant manager to our District Trainer of Francesca's in Portland, on NW 23rd. Inside the highest volume store in our district. My department of responsibility is visual. I manage the bi-weekly visual updates, resets, and seasonal floor-sets. Also assisted daily in obtaining graduation from the "Target Boutique Program", lowering our shrink from 3.79% to 1.11% over the past year.
May 13'- July 16'
I opened and managed my own clothing store for about 3 years before I started with Francesca's. My boutique was called 'Miss Matched'. It paid for itself and did very well. I started online and grew into a small brick & mortar location. I went to market and selected each piece based off my demographic. I learned a lot about what 'she' likes and wants in comparison to myself.
